Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $51,230 - $60,560 per year

The Communications Coordinator will assist in creating, implementing, and monitoring communication materials and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about effective communication. 

• Assist in developing and distributing content, including newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
• Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Support in planning and executing events, webinars, or other promotional initiatives.
• Research and monitor industry trends to keep communication materials up-to-date and relevant.
• Manage and organize digital and physical communications assets, such as brand guidelines and media kits.
• Track and analyze communication metrics to assess the impact of campaigns.
• Help maintain brand consistency in all communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a communications role, internship, or related field is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
