Key Responsibilities - Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from initiation to completion.
- Support Project Managers in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards using project management tools.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience or academic/project exposure in Project Management.
- Basic understanding of Project Management methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools is preferred.
