Rate: $46/hr on W2
2nd shift hours are 4:30pm to 1:00am with overtime after the shift.
Supervisors must arrive at least 20 minutes before their shift and will be here after until their reports are done

This role is responsible for leading daily operations across air-cooled chiller assembly lines within the value stream.
This role owns safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance on shift, driving execution through frontline leadership, standard work, and disciplined problem-solving.
