Synergize Inc. offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience helping nonprofit organizations connect with the public.

We're looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals who want to develop their communication skills and contribute to community awareness campaigns.

No public relations degree or previous industry experience is required.

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations.
• Communicate campaign messages clearly and professionally.
• Help increase awareness of nonprofit missions and initiatives.
• Engage with members of the public and respond to general questions.
• Collaborate with teammates to support outreach activities.
• Participate in training and develop effective public engagement techniques.

• Strong verbal communication or an interest in improving it.
• Professionalism and a willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Dependability and attention to campaign information.
• Comfort working in an active, public-facing environment.

Experience in communications, hospitality, retail, student organizations, or volunteering is a plus, but not required.

• Develop public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Gain practical experience representing nonprofit initiatives.
• Learn community engagement and outreach techniques.
• Work with a collaborative team.
• Develop skills that may support future opportunities in communications, marketing, or leadership.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Rancho Cordova, California. The work includes face-to-face engagement at community events and other public outreach locations.
